(NASDAQ SYMBOL:GPTX)(GPT) announced that it had reached an agreement to amend its Secured Convertible Minimum Borrowing Notes and its Secured Revolving Notes dated March 15, 2004, issued to Laurus Master Fund, LTD. The terms provide for a six month extension from May 15, 2007 and a release of certain reserves provided for under the loan, subject to obtaining appropriate landlord waivers, in exchange for 350,000 shares of newly issued GPT stock. The amendment is expected to be executed shortly. Diamond Discoveries Secures $10 Million Equity Line of Credit
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Diamond Discoveries International Corp.(OTCBB:DMDD), a diamond exploration company, today announced that it has entered into an Investment Agreement and Registration Rights Agreement with Dutchess Private Equities Fund Ltd. Under the terms of the agreement, Dutchess will provide an equity line of credit of $10,000,000USD which can be drawn down in tranches over a 36 month period.
